Setting New Benchmarks: HITEC-IMS Clears 2nd ISO 9001:2015 Surveillance Audit
Islamabad, 17th June 2026 — Dental College, HITEC – Institute of Medical Sciences (HITEC-
IMS), successfully completed its 2nd Surveillance Audit under the ISO 9001:2015 Quality
Management System standard.
The audit assessed the institution’s adherence to international quality benchmarks across all
Clinical Sciences, Basic Sciences, and support functions. A key highlight of this cycle was
the inclusion of the newly established Unit II of the Dental Hospital, confirming that the
college’s expanding clinical infrastructure meets the same rigorous standards upheld across the
institution.
