Leadership Series-Inaugural Session: “Meet the Leaders, Shape the Future” Successfully Conducted at Dental College HITEC-IMS
Dental College HITEC-IMS successfully conducted the inaugural interactive session of its Leadership Series – “Meet the Leaders, Shape the Future” on 24th July 2026. The session was organized to inspire and mentor the house officers, lecturers, demonstrators, postgraduate trainees, and final-year BDS students by providing them with the opportunity to interact with distinguished leaders in dentistry.
The event featured two eminent guest speakers, Prof. Dr. Bilal Ahmed-Tamgha-e-Imtiaz, Dean-School of Dentistry (SZAMBU), and Prof. Dr. Abdul Samad – Department of Biomaterials, Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University-Saudi Arabia. The eminent guest speakers shared their professional journeys, leadership experiences, and valuable insights into academic excellence, career development, and lifelong learning.
Drawing upon his internationally acclaimed career in dental materials research, Prof.Khan encouraged participants to think beyond the conventional boundaries, embrace innovation, and pursue research that addresses real-world clinical challenges. He emphasized that perseverance, scientific curiosity, and a commitment to excellence can transform ambitious ideas into impactful discoveries.
With more than 120 participants in attendance, the inaugural session concluded on a high note with an engaging Q&A session, highlighting the enthusiasm of participants and the success of the event.
