Admission Procedure

National University of Medical Sciences (NUMS) is the admitting University for Dental College HITEC-IMS.
For admission in Dental College HITEC -IMS, the student has to clear the NUMS entry test.
NUMS will prepare the merit lists based upon F.Sc marks and entry test as per rules.
NUMS will display the merit lists on its website and intimate the students falling on the merit of Dental College HITEC-IMS.
First year fee has to be deposited by the student, within a stipulated time, to secure admission in Dental College HITEC-IMS.

Entrance Test NUMS MDCAT 50%
FSC Pre-Medical/HSSC/Equivalent 40%
Matriculation/SSC/Equivalent 10%

Passing NUMS Entry Test with minimum 50% marks shall be mandatory for admission in NUMS colleges as per PM&DC regulations.
Obtained an HSSC/FSC Pre-Medical or an equivalent 12th-grade qualification recognized in Pakistan having obtained more than sixty percent (60%) marks therein, or a higher percentage as may be notified by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council.
Candidate will apply in NUMS as & when the admission is announced/opened.

“Foreign Student” means a student holding foreign nationality.
A Student who has Passed HSSC/A Levels from a foreign country and has stayed for this study period in foreign country, is also eligible for foreign seat.

“Local/Pakistani Student” means a student who is a Pakistani National or defined as an overseas Pakistani under applicable law and may hold Dual Nationality and may be resident or non-resident in Pakistan.

If any document/information provided by the candidate is found false/fake/fabricated at any stage.
If the candidate is found medically unfit at any stage.
If a candidate fails to report for admission and/or deposit the fee on the due date.

Migration to and from Dental College HITEC-IMS is allowed as per PM&DC and NUMS policy.
