About the Ceremony
The White Coat Ceremony of the BDS 8th Batch was held on 29 April 2026 at Dental College HITEC-IMS. The ceremony marked the beginning of the professional journey of the newly admitted first-year BDS students.
During the ceremony, the first-year students took a solemn oath to serve the community with dedication, compassion, and professionalism. They were then formally robed in white coats — a timeless symbol of their entry into the noble profession of dentistry.
The event concluded with inspiring messages encouraging students to uphold the values of integrity, service, and professional excellence throughout their careers.
Academic Excellence Awards
Academic excellence was also recognised during the event. Prizes and certificates were awarded to 2nd Year and 3rd Year BDS students who secured top positions in their professional examinations.
