Principal Dental College facilitates a workshop at King Edward Medical University, Lahore
The Pakistan Dental Association invited Principal Dental College HITEC-IMS, Prof Dr Irfan Shah as the lead facilitator at the workshop titled “CBCT in Dentistry – from Basics to Clinical Applications”. The workshop was held on 20th Sep 2025 at the historic Patiala Block, King Edward Medical University Lahore.
Prof Dr Irfan Shah delivered a keynote lecture on Digital planning and uses of CBCT in Dentistry. This was followed by a hands-on session focused on the use of CBCT in the planning of Implant surgeries. The other facilitator for the workshop was Associate Professor Dr. Uzair Luqman from Ripah University, Islamabad. The workshop was graced by the presence of Senior Faculty including Prof Dr Muhammad Saeed, Prof Dr Nazia Yazdari, Prof Riaz Wadaich, Prof Asif Ali Shah, Dr Tahir Mahmood (President PDA Lahore) and a large number of consultants and general dental practitioners from all over the province.
In the end, the facilitators were awarded shields and certificates of appreciation.
